Employees of our company have developed a fundamentally new method of manufacturing carbon-containing molded materials and products. This method excludes such harmful components as coal tar pitches, phenolic resins, as well as other exotic organic components and liquids. Moreover, there is no need for post-heat treatment, which can last up to 30 days in conventional processes, such as heat treatment of graphitized electrodes.

Scope of this method:

- the refractory industry - the production of molded periclase-carbonaceous, dolomite-carbonaceous and other products with 2 – 100% carbon content;

- manufacturing by isostatic pressing technique of products having corundographite and other composition, such as locking monoblocks, submerged nozzles and other products operating in contact with melts of metals, slags, glasses and other corrosive media, up to the temperature of 35000С;

- opportunity of manufacturing inserts for slide gate plates;

- but the most important and promising one, in our opinion, is producing, using this method, graphite and graphitized electrodes, both for aluminum production and for smelting and refining of steel, ferroalloys, as well as various minerals and oxides in electric arc furnaces.

We seek cooperation with companies interested in joint promotion and implementation of this method on mutually beneficial terms.
