Products for thermal insulation of gliding (hearth) pipes of heating furnaces DEROCK-S.
Designed to reduce heat losses, energy consumption and, accordingly, carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere.
Products are made by vacuum forming using a combined binder and a fundamentally new technology for processing ceramic fiber products.
Products have the following properties:
- application temperature up to 14500 C
- resistance to vibration at any amplitude of vibrations
- unlimited heat resistance
- high mechanical characteristics
- ease of installation
- low weight, up to 500 kg/m3
- thermal conductivity at 10000 C is 0.22 Wm/K
