Graphite-containing organomineral binder DECAR. It is intended for the manufacture of monolithic lining and products operating in contact with liquid cast iron, steel and refractory non-ferrous metals. The binder is an aqueous suspension of graphite and organomineral plasticizers. Does not contain phenolic resins and other components hazardous to health and the environment. |
The main advantages of the binder:
- gives the monolithic lining high mechanical, chemical and abrasive resistance
- high temperature resistance
- lining heating rate up to 200 degrees/hour
- shelf life up to 12 months
